Hi @linda592   The Sky Q Mesh WiFi name is virtual and meaningless. You can safely ignore the name if it works.

@linda592 I am guessing your broadband is not with Sky so if thats the case then the mini boxes will connect direct to you main Sky Q box by way of a wifi mesh that the main box creates hence the reason it appears you mini boxes are on a wifi thats not yours
