sky box and multi room box says no internet

After having Internet outage issues we have regained Internet but the sky box and multi room box are both saying no Internet connection.

We therefore can't watch multi room

Any ideas please

hi @Hales.haley 

 

I suggest you try doing a full power down restart (i.e. switch off at mains or remove plug & wait >30s before re-applying power) of your Router, followed by the main box when the router is fully restarted & then your mini when the main box has restarted
