sky Q mini box keeps freezing or going into small boxes around the screen before shutting down.

Sky Q mini box either freezes on a program, goes into tiny boxes and moves around the screen before shutting down.At this moment in time it has stuck on a small  box in the left hand corner of the TV w  i will now have to unplug as it wont switch off. Also I cant access my apps to watch Netflix,Prime or Disney+. I have to unplug reboot about 5 times a night. The main Sky box is working fine and when I check on my account it tells me everything is working fine, I have rebooted the Internet and main box so many times its getting ridiculous. Help!!!!
