sky Boxes no connection 9 & 10 June 2024
Sky boxes have lost signal again two days in a row
This is the same as last month. No Internet connection yet the Wi-Fi is working around the house.Having to powerdown the box for 60 seconds to carry on waiting channels/ Netflix - SO ANNOYING.
Not a happy chappie so to speak.

Hi @Banksie_1 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.

Re: sky Boxes no connection 9 & 10 June 2024
Hello I have rebooted the Modem and the Sky box and left this powered down from the mains for several minutes,
The box works for a while and then you see the Sky buffering for a while 0% and then channels or App comes up
New addition to this is that the Screen comes up with a Boot up program saying No internet power down ETC and reboot. OOKla speed check confirms there is 70Mbps Download and a 17Mbps Upload also verified as I have CCTV and that is still veiwable via Data via phone and then via Wi-Fi with out mobile data.
Recording are also affected (as this would be the case).
