sent a new skybox viewing card will not work -

it says “install not complete. an active broadband connection is required. Please go to sky.com/quickfix to pair" 

 

provlem is i have a secure broadband connection (there is a tick) and i've followed all the online instructions

Hi @Jenny+Cleverley 

 

Have you tried refreshing your Viewing card.
Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
Then select Use this option to trigger a callback

No call is actually made but the Viewing card should be refreshed.
