Hi @Chris325  Try pressing the remote power button for 3 sec to turn off your TV?

Hi @Chris325 

Looks like you are holding the Q remote power button for too long.

You must release it immediately after 3 secs or the TV will reboot.

You will need to experiment for exactly how long to hold the button.

Here I normally count 1 2 3 release
