Have tried to discover whats going on but apparently no one knows why my account has suddenly been restricted i have no access to Sky subscription since 25th.June.Whoever i contact tells me my bank details/direct debit and subscription charges are correct but when i try to see my bill no details are shown on screen but one Sky employee checked my account re.billing and could see all my future monthly payments but when i look at my bill it says account not activated so no billing details are available.From June 12th to June 25th everything was ok.then suddenly mini boxes stopped working and restricted access was applied to Sky tv.Spoke to Sky Agent on wednesday who told me that after raising the issue with back room staff Sky services would be back in 48hrs.no such luck.Contacted Sky today Friday 27th. and was told it would be another 7 to 10 days before i get services back as they are yet to discover what has happened.Have tried turning of Sky Q Box for reboot but no change,i am now getting told to update subscription on the screen.On checking my settings Sky Go and Mini Boxes have a cross aganst them,Sky Q has a tick so i can only get BBC/ITV/CH4 and 5.no apps are displayed.

@michael256 Unfortunately there's nothing we can do. It's up to Sky to resolve this. If you are unhappy with the time it's going to take them you can submit a complaint via the Complaint option in the forum footer.
