poor picture on bt sport thru my sky box

i have bt sport with my sky package but picture quality is very very poor

Had sky Q installed recently and picture quality is poor.  Pixelations appear on BBC and ITV channels and on sky sports

Sounds like the installer didn't align the dish very well.  Suggest you contact Sky and ask for an engineer to return & check the dish alignment and the cabling from it to the Sky box.  One thing you can try before you do that is check that the 2 cables that come from the dish are finger tight on the back of your Sky Q receiver.
