over 100 pounds a month on a garbage service my sky box keeps loosing connection form my router then my mini boxes loose connection im forever unplugging and restarting everything. i spent over 3 hours the other night messing about with it,and when i phone sky al i get is a stupid recording asking me idiotic questions ,really can i not speak to a real person sky for all the money im spending with you every month i mean your quick enough to phone me when your trying to sell me a new deal im so suick of sky .tbh your more than welcome to send engineer to rip the lot out and either throw it in the bin or take it with you . honest to god im so **bleep** off with sky right now

Every time i logon to the sky site for the last 3 years i get a pop up telling me to "fix the payment method" which of course i do have a method D/D always have had, but it is still poping up I been in contact and spoken with sky so many times and they assure me it has stopped poping up, also it is not possible to manage your account because there is no option to delete programs or apps like TNT. IT HAS NOT IT IS STILL POPING UP. End of complaint no 1.  TNT SPORTS IS **bleep** i PAYED FOR IT SO I COULD WATCH BSB BUT OFTEN THEY SWITCH TO DISCOVERY SO I HAVE AND IM ASKED TO UPGRADE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A LOGON FOR IT, WHICH I REFUSE TO DO BECAUSE I WAS MISS LED BY SKY WHO TOLD ME IT WAS FREE WITH TNT, IT IS NOT. ALSO MY BILLS ARE OFTEN OVER £100 A MONTH  WHEN MY SKY CONTRACT IS ENDING I WILL BE LOOKING ELSE WHERE.😠
