no signal on sky q box

Had a problem with old sky Q box with no signal, had an engineer replace it after 4 days the old problem came back no signal? 

Any suggestions?

But what I mean is - is the TV definitely on that input?

 

and is the light on the sky box changing ok from orange to green when you turn it on?

 

I guess it's possible another box has died but quite a coincidence.

And you've triple checked it's on the right HDMI input?

 

replaced the cable?

yes replaced HDMI & power cable and still the same issue

And you're 100% certain the right HDMI input, it's not auto-switching to something else?

Its in HDMI 2  where the engineer left it

No signal is normally a message from your TV. No satellite signal comes from your Sky box.
