Hi
I have today rejoined skuy after an absense of a couple of years.
The engineer came fittesd the dish anplugged sky box in and added to the home. network = brilliant
Now stcrolling through I cant see any apps other than the sky?
I have prime, already have netflix and believe I have already added that to my account via the online link, and also have disney - but no apps showing on the sky box for me to put the log in details and add them,
Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

Chances are that the software & apps are not fully up to date :
To check & refresh if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):

I have had the problem of no apps on my Sky q box engineer came out could not fix it . Referred it to the tec guys I surgest ring sky

Just thought I would update here
I did the update etc,.. and made no difference so called sky and they went through all of the run update etc... and didnt make any fdifference for them
So an internal form filled in and now waiting for things to be looked at from there end to apply the apps - I am promised a call back monday
so question is I am the only person this has happened to or is it a fairly usual occurance?

How long did it take them to sort it for you?

The engineer came out could not fix it had a text from Sky we will inform you with updates that was Monday it is now Thursday and it is not connecting to my Sky Q mini box

Hi @Richard183
Rfreshing the Apps is in the Hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Select Apps
then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box.
You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'. This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing
It’s recommended waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.
Refresh Apps can take up to 24 hrs to complete .

Thank you.. yes the siftware is at q270
i got the admin menu and selected refresh apps so now waiting 🙂
