no access to local tv channels

I moved home at the end of April from London to Scotland. When they SKY engineer installed my new SKY, all the channels are London channels.

I have no access to the local channels such as BBC One Scotland, ITV 1 should be STV (Scottish television).

I have spent hours and hours on chat with your experts, but simply require an engineer to look at the original installation which was not done correctly.

SKY today say this is the fault of the individual broadcasters. Surely that is nonsense.

Any suggestions on how to persuade SKY to resolve this?

Installation should not have a bearing on the appearance of regional television channels in the EPG: all possible channels fall on the disk wherever it is in the country (although an address in Scotland might benefit from a region 2 dish to enhance received signal strength)

Regional variants are supposed to be picked up from the postcode associated with the account, and the EPG rearranged accordingly.
