My sky Q mini box was working up until 10.30pm and now it's no longer working tried reconnecting but still not working.
Now I have a message saying there is a problem finding your sky Q box onthe network any help would be grateful

Hi @big+peggy Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any Mini boxes?
