my sky Q box wont connect to internet

Hi 

I have tried resting my box and the internet router and connecting by WPS.  I have full internet but it still won't connect to the box.  I have even tried putting in the password.

Have you changed the SSID or password on your Sky router?

I was told by a Sky engineer that the router and Sky Q box doesn't really like renamed SSIDs or passwords.
