Had a similar issue not too long ago where we had random sound drops from our Mini.

Bizarrely we fixed the issue by clearing down and deleting Recordings which had built up on the Main Box. Since doing this 'maintenance' the issue has not returned.

Transpires that if the Hard Disk space of the Main Box starts to reach max one or more Mini's start to struggle.

Ensure once you delete a recording or series of recordings in the normal way you go to the 'Manage' option to permanently delete them afterwards, otherwise, they stay around for a certain time providing you the ability to restore them.

Ideally, you want rid of them for good for those you don't need anymore..  General good housekeeping.
