main Q box not connecting to any mini box and message says wifi ok no connection = box old
Need a replacement Main Q box - glitches turned into problems and now will not connect at all - to any of our mini boxes and status shows wifi ok but no connectivity I hav tv. broadband/phone & mobiles £150 per month NEED NEW Q BOX URGENTLY PLEASE!

Hi @Nordic1 Please see Welcome below, this is not Sky customer services. I would try following the help pages https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-wont-turn-on and this should lead you to requesting a new box. Just remember to retain your viewing card and check the power cable if a swap is required.

ColinB. Have been hving issues with miniQ losing connection to main Q box, got more frequent and interval increased. Spoke to lady in services who said if itkeeps getting worse i have put note on system to send out new mainQ box - how can i get to talk to a person - it took me over an hour a few days ago. Instead of temorary lost connect the main Q box has died, no lights and cooled down - it is very old. If I cannot get a replacement quickly I will cancel TV as out of contracr by a month and later both broadband/telephone and two mobile phones. Terrible service - give you a lot of **bleep** as along term client, but no service!
