letter sent offering a sky box for no extra cost , the number on the letter is 30 minutes waiting .Is their a easer way to book .

Given a lot of those letters have gone out, it's likely to be busy.

 

I guess you could try the Sky website as a logged-in user and see what the pricing is there.
