I moved house, was given a date for an engineer he didn't turn up that was 12 Nov nobody from sky have even contacted me, they are still taking full payments I have spent hours on the phone

None, I have had the phone put down on me, disconnected I have no idea what's going on but they still take full payments

The part that they say if an engineer cancels somebody will contact me, or it will be rescheduled the same day or the next morning. Or simply the fact they are taking payment for a service the can't provide

They're definitely not in the T&Cs

You'll be able to ask for reimbursement for the period you've been without a service once it's sorted out.
