Yes Cinema would work as you are used to. You may be able to transfer your Entertainment pack but nowadays the base pack is 'Signature' which includes Box sets (in Standard Definition) as standard
It is quite difficult for us to be sure how easy it would be for you to adjust - SKY Q has a quite different User Interface (UI) to the old SKY HD boxes - it uses graphical thumbnails for most things espcially for grouping recordings etc.
It is much more designed for people used to working with modern day tablets
Voice control is available on SKY Q which is very useful
Although a lot of this is quite technical I think you may benefit from reading some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q
