I have cancelled my account early and have paid all the early termination charged, and i continue to get billed until mid august when my contract expires. I want to return the hardware now as i am not using it, i was advised that the returns boxes for my SKY1 box and broadband router would be sent early to my new address but they have not been received. can you send the packaging please so that i can return the harware?
