how to order a new sky q box

I have be having problems with sky q box either not recording , watching recordings and freezing and remote problems I reset it all and works fine for abit then does it all again 

do I need a new box

we have had hard drive issues and we have done what they have suggested and its ok for a while and then does it again. I just wondered if we might need a new sky q box

If the HD is failing then it may work for a while after resetting and then fail again.
