how to cancel a product sky cinema

I currently have SKY cinema and ultra HD which I don't need how do I cancel these products?

Sky TV
~ To reduce your package you’ll need to contact Sky giving the required notice of 31 days. Be aware, the latest T’s and C’s for TV subscriptions state you can only cancel within a minimum discounted term if Sky agree to it. If they do allow it you’ll end up paying off the rest of the discounted term.
Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to contact details.

(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one ie; UK or ROI).
UK customer ~ The link may include an email link and also a Message Us option (which is normally available between 9am and 7.30pm).
ROI customer ~ it’s only by ringing or writing in.

If you cancel correctly you should receive a confirmation email from Sky.

If you have NetFlix (Ultimate TV add on) on your account then removing UHD impacts the level of that subscription.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thank you for your help, I've realised the best way is to phone them and speak to somebody directly. It's all sorted now.
