how do i keep my purchases if i have cancelled sky

i have cancelled my sky account. can i keep the films i have purchased?

If you've cancelled Sky Q (where you've posted) then the main Sky Q box and any mini boxes will need to be returned to Sky so the answer will be no.

hi @Michael701 

 

Once you cancel you can still access any purchsed films

 

You access via the SKY Store

https://www.skystore.com/n/hwtw/help/faq/ways-to-watch

 

I believe you may need to contact the SKY Store support team (available via chat at certain times) to make your account SKY Store only (or something like that)
