HI. Im so frustrated !

I want to upgrade my tv package from TV essential to Ultimate, but when I click on the option 'get started' it takes me to explore sky glass. (which I don't want) I haven't been able to get the virtual assistant's help, or to speak to someone to help me resolve.

any advice other than give up ?

@KT611 You need to call sky to upgrade from essentials
