just watched DPD drive away and realised i've left my viewing card in the faulty box, and sitting with a new box but can't watch anything. is anybody able to help me or organise to have it replaced?
i've tried calling but i keep getting disconnected on the call.

Hi, I've done exactly the same this morning, and like you kept getting disconnected when I called. I've finally got through and a new card is being sent. Keep trying.
I bet it happens all the time, why don't they remind you when you complete the order. I'm sure DPD must know this too, you'd think the driver would say something.

it's so frustrating, i've got work calls to go through so can't be on hold waiting etc, i wish there was an online way of requesting the replacement card 🥴
