downloading a 2nd episode on Sky Q

Hi 

Trying to download Episode 2 of Shetland, only 1st one coming up. How do i get to the 2nd please .

New to Sky q and still learning!

Also when i go into catch up it says press red button and subscribe - this was free on Sky plus

If you haven't opted to pay for the HD add-on, only SD on-demand content can be selected from non-free-to-air services.

 If you haven't got (and don't wish to add) the HD subscription supplement, it's best to change the default download format to SD:

Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup.
Select Preferences, then 'On Demand default download format', and choose SD.
