Just got new qbox and multiscreen box after sending old ones back.
Problem now is that I can't connect any box to my sky wifi using WPS button. I've also tried connecting using my sky password (non sky router). All other household devices working correctly and no connection issues Tried the reset buttons and am now waiting for a week for an engineer visit. Any thoughts , so as I'm not waiting a week
TIA

What do you mean by non Sky router? Are you using a 3rd party router for WiFi and disabled the Sky router WiFI? If so you should be using the WiFi password for the 3rd party router.

I meant to say i've tried both the sky router way on screen using the wps button and also tried picking the non sky router (which it isnt) to try to enter my password

@neilhorse just for information the Q boxes will only connect to a Sky router by way of the WPS button
have you tried a network reset in the settings on the main Q box
