can't view some channels and HD is non existent on some channels

Can't view Sky max, says I need to upgrade?! Some channels not broadcasting in HD, in particular Sky sports news but am sre there are others.

hi @Zosoman 

 

Do you have the SKY HD add on ?

Note SKY Sports News is not part of SKY Sports Subscription and thus needs the stanard HD add on to be able to view

Just talking with Sky now and looks like they turned off my HD!
