Discussion topic: box it not working keeps switching off then when i get it on it stays on starter channel and it wipe

box it not working keeps switching off then when i get it on it stays on starter channel and it wipe
when I get it on it stays on startup channel and won't switch over it wiped out all the recordings have tried turning it off and on ,changed batt in remote unplugged it still not working

Possibly a hard disk issue: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-disk-error-messages
You may well need to contact Sky for a replacement box.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
