am moving in with a friend. They already have sky broadband but I want to take my current Sky tv package. Can I add this to their Sky broadband and cancel mine or does it have to all be in my name?

No @Kazmac1 You cannot add your Package to their Broadband.
What you need to do is contact Sky for a Home move .
They will then move your package and equipment and check or fit a Satellite dish.
See following link
https://www.sky.com/moving-home
There is then no reason why you cannot use their Broadband
Another edit
Assume they do not have Sky TV as you can only have one Sky TV account at an address.

Yeah but then you won't get any bundle discount. Not sure there is much of one. If it were me I'd want to keep them separate anyway, in case you move out again.
