What TV service do you have, Sky Q, Sky Glass etc....

sky q . a main router and a booster box in the mid area of the home. a satellite dish.

i had noticed that the booster box mid connected light was unlit. the second tv in another room that is served by this box indicated not connected to internet. we went through all the advisory remedial action via internet/sky and the booster connected light indicates  a connection. however tv sky blue screen states  no connection.
