YouTube on Sky Q "loading" after pausing..

My boxes are the same and since I assume the "20250326" refers to the release date, my guess is that this is the latest from 3 days ago..  I am not sure if / how the app can be updated manually.  I can confirm that this version still has the problem, for me at least.

20250326_09_RC_00 still has the same issues when you pause a video. I assume this release is from 26th March, so 4 days ago. As bad as previous versions.

It seems strange that they say they can't replicate the bug when testing. I expect they aren't waiting a minute after pausing it because with the number of people reporting it here I'd suspect it affects everyone so you'd think it would be easy to identify which line of code was responsible.

Still broken @Chloe-W22.

As I have just had a replacement Q box I can confirm that my experience is the app remains broken on Q280 and Q300, across 2 hardware versions.

The latest Sky Q software is SkyQ300.000.06.00L if that's what you mean.

They need to sort out the lyp sync, often i have to switch the Q box off. And Youtube is terrible. We pay enough for SKY.

Still stopping after pause after about 15 seconds of restart. Need to reverse two clicks then forward again two clicks

Same here.

I also had a total freeze then crash yesterday while watching YouTube which required a full power cycle to restore service.

That was the last straw and I signed out of every app on the box and told the family not to touch them. I then made sure all of their profiles were on the Apple TVs in the house and showed them how to use the watch list in the Apple TV app to track their viewing.

This morning I will cancel multiroom if I can to compensate for an upcoming price increase and because the mini box is even slower than a slow thing on a slow day.
