a prepaid package to return your equipment I had 2 boxes a large one and a smaller one only the small box would fit into the package you sent me you have now threatened to charge me for the other box can you send me a large prepaid package big enough to send you the larger box back

You can use your own packaging - you will be charged for non return even if Sky do not send you packaging.
