You can’t watch this program as there is an issue with the connection with the mini box and sky Q bo

Sky mini box is losing signal

"you can't watch this program as there is a connection problem with the mini box and your skyQ box"

and now my skyQ box has needed rebooting twice in 24hrs. All other internet enabled devices are working fine

@richard4445  Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds

then reboot your mini box 
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Yep did it all, the following day it happened again. Now if you pause tv it won't play from the paused point. Recordings play with no sound, it's got to be a faulty q box
