Hi @Jonjules The aspect ratio is controlled by your TV only. There are no settings or control on the Sky Q box. You need to consult your TV manual

Bear in mind that some channels do transmit in 4 x 3 and this cannot be changed.

However if you are getting this on all channels then the first thing to check is your Q box resolution setting.

This can be found in Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual.

This needs to be set to 1080i or 1080p .

If you are using UHD with a 4 K TV then it can be 2160p.

If this setting is OK then you need to look at your TV set Settings to check your Aspect ratio is not set to 4 x 3.
