Please could I ask for some assistance. When I set up my account I didn't have my own account therefore I set it up to my father-in-law account. I have now tried to remove this link but it seems impossible. I have spent over an hour on the phone with no luck. I would like to delink my netflix to his account and to then allow me to set up my own account on netflix and use my sky to pay for package.
Can I get the link between sky and netflix deleted so I can then link my own personal sky and netflix please.
