Wrong Netflix email showing on Sky Q

Hi 

 

I am having issues using Netflix on my phone or iPad, when I log in with my email address I am being asked to set up a new subscription. However, I can watch Netflix on both my TVs via Sky Q. When I try to manage my household using the Sky Q App I cannot receive the verification email as the email associated with it differs from the email address I have always used, meaning I cannot verification the account to manage household. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas?
