Hi,
I have an issue after I upgraded to sky/Netflix combined, the Sky engineer linked to the existing Netflix account that was on my sky box, I'd like it linked to a new account under my control, can I request a private chat to resolve as well please?

Hi I've recently added Netflix to my sky package, when trying to link it to my sky Q box I get an error message saying I already have this package, error code DSU_508.
