It's now happened 3 times in last few days. I turn on tv and try putting sky box on and it says "no signal " so I turn box off and on again and it works.

”No signal” tends to be a message from your TV (in which case check the cables going to the TV). A “no satellite signal” message relates to your Sky box.

Thanks @Daniel0210 but I'm getting same message on both tv's and it works again when I turn it off then on again. Box is a few years old

Are they definitely on the right HDMI input first time?

It's one box serving both tv's. I've just rebooted and it's ok again for now but it's getting more frequent
