Won't let me sign up to sky Q

I'm looking to sign up to Sky Q but there is no option to start selecting packages. I have found the page on the website (although hidden) at which point I click on 'get started' and instead of going through sign up options it takes me to my homepage. (I am a sky broadband customer already). Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am not interested in sky stream because of the delay on sporting events on non sky channels.

Yep tried that, I choose packages then am met with an error message saying I'm already a broadband customer. I sign in and the option to go through sky q is gone.
