Won’t connect to wifi

Out of the blue the sky Q box disconnected from our WiFi. We don't have the sky internet. 

We have followed the usual process of attempting to reconnect the Q box back to the same internet, but with no luck. 

it keeps coming back with the error

! Unsuccessful connection. Please check your password and try again. 


The password has not changed and is connected to everything else with no issues. 

We have tried the reset/unplug process with no resolution. 

anyone else got any advice on what to try?

Hi @Gavlar81 

Assume you are carrying out a Network reset on the Qbox and entering SSID and password for your router 2.4 Ghz band?

yes we have done a full reset on the router also. 

All other devices connect without any issues?

This is around the stage of the process I decided to give up on the Q's wifi.
