Why don't Sky run 24 hour telephone tech support?
Because that's really expensive to staff and so would require much higher subscriptions?

What pin are you trying to use @Westernman27
If it is a new card pin would normally be the last 4 digits of the viewing card number.
Failing that you can reset your pin.

Tried all options but screen keeps repeating "somethings not working right now" try again later. Looks like a call tomorrow. Why don't Sky run 24 hour telephone tech support?

Try refreshing your Viewing card.
Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
Then select Use this option to trigger a callback
No call is actually made but the Viewing card should be refreshed.
