Will Sky work with the mass IT outage

  • If I try download a show eg. The Rookie will the current IT outage affect it so it will not download and I will not be able to watch it?
  • Is the current IT outage actually affecting anything in sky.
  • I was just wondering since shows are not downloading.

I understand the call centres are experiencing I.T. issues so there may be problems getting through at the moment.
