Will Sky engineer come to set up mini Q box?

I ordered mini Q box. I wonder if Sky engineer will come and fix?

If you already have Sky Q installed then you won't need an engineer for Q mini, simply plug it in and attach hdmi lead to tv ( included in the box ) and follow the on screen instructions.
