Though this problem only started for us about six weeks ago, it appears to have been going on for quite some time for other Sky Q users.
Problem: Netflix will not launch as an App on Sky Q and just remains as a revolving red circle. This is intermittent and occurs most of the time, but not all the time.
There are many different solutions offered, but be clear, none work. Though some may appear to work the problem returns.
Please can Sky say when this will be resolved and what sort of compensation can we expect for not being able to continue watching series.
