Wifi not working on my sky box

My wifi won't connect to my sky box. I've contacted my wifi supplier and they have checked my router and it's working fine but not showing on my sky box??

Is 2.4GHz band enabled?  (The box won't use 5GHz unless the ISP is Sky)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
