I have Sky broadband and a Sky Q box the Wifi fall off a cliff in the next room to the Sky Q box . Litrally works fine two steps into the room and then any device used past this point looks to have a good connection but everything takes ages to load . ( having issues with a TV , Mobile Phones , google devises even my Ring door bell) i have followed all online advice but get no improvement. The advice just sends me round in circles. When calling the calling the help line it sends a link that takes me back into the same advice lop and aslo tells me its easy to report an issue online which i cant find. How do i get support ?

I dont have a mini just the Qbox connected to the router. the deviding wall between the two rooms is brick but only two doorways and no more than 5m from Q box ( not as crow flys)
