WiFi not connecting to sky q box

We have had sky q box and router since installed by sky.  Router and q box now not connecting through wifi. We have gone through the reset procedures several times. We have turned everything off, reset everything and tried again. Still no joy. Other help, other than go through the reset procedures  again required please. All other  phones and devices are connected to router no issues.Wendy Harte
