Why isn't my sky cinema not working

I have sky cinema as part of my package but it doesn't let me watch any films. Great for a Friday night when the lines are closed. Renews in 2025

It said upgrade subscription on my multi room box, i reactivated it but no joy. I checked on the main sky Q box and sky cinema was working correctly, I then switched off the secondary box and restarted it and it seemed fine.
