Why is F1 Race Control no longer available on a PC ?

I POSTED THIS QUESTION YESTERDAY IN WHATS ON, BUT IT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN DELETED ?

When Sky first launched Race Control with the Driver Tracker, Team Radio, etc., it was available on a PC, but since then it has only been available on an iPad or via the Red button.

Well I want to watch the main live feed on my TV, so the Red button option is a non-starter and I don't want to hold a small screen in my hand for two hours. Having Race Control on my PC was ideal, it was a big enough screen to see easily and I didn't have to hold it in my hand.

So as Sky still create and transmit Race Control, Why-o-Why isn't it available on a PC ?

I don't know but I am guessing it may due the general revamp SKY did to the SKY Sports app which  may have either taken up too much resource to revamp for desktops or may not be technically capable of running everything required in the revamped app.

I suspect  that  the number of desktop users is limited.

You should also note that development of apps etc. is more multi-national/global as Comcast aims to re-use the same apps/tech in it's different operating countries (which includes USA as well as Europe)
